This Policy forms part of the Kidoo Terms of Use and must be interpreted together with them.

The Kidoo platform is operated by ORCAJO INFORMÁTICA LTDA., registered under CNPJ No. 08.295.364/0001-58, under the commercial name Kidoo (B2 Inteligência Digital), with an address at Avenida Atílio Pedro Pagani, No. 855, Suite 207A.

For the purposes of applicable data protection law, ORCAJO INFORMÁTICA LTDA. acts as the controller of the personal data processed through the platform.

Kidoo is a platform intended for use by responsible adults or by persons who declare they have authorization to provide the data needed to create the personalized stories.

Data related to children is processed exclusively to enable the creation of the books and other personalized content requested by the user.

By using the platform, the user declares that they have authorization to provide the data and images of children and other persons depicted, taking responsibility for the legitimacy of this information.

Kidoo seeks to collect only the data strictly necessary to provide the services and adopts reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it.

The photographs, images, and other content submitted by users are used to assist in creating the personalized books and illustrations offered by the platform.

The images may be stored privately and linked exclusively to the user's account, allowing maintenance of the digital library and future reuse of the characters in new personalized stories.

Kidoo uses artificial intelligence technologies to assist in generating texts and illustrations. This processing may involve specialized technology providers, used exclusively to perform the contracted service.

Kidoo does not use photographs, images, texts, or any other content submitted by users to train its own artificial intelligence models or to train third-party models.

Likewise, Kidoo does not sell, license, or share this content with third parties for purposes other than the provision of the contracted services.

Kidoo may share personal data only when necessary to provide the services, to comply with legal obligations, or to protect the legitimate rights of the platform and its users.

This sharing may occur with categories of partners, such as:

• Cloud infrastructure and hosting providers;

• Authentication and identity management providers;

• Payment processors and intermediaries;

• Artificial intelligence technology providers used in generating the content;

• Monitoring, analytics, support, and fraud prevention tools;

Kidoo does not sell or trade the personal data of its users.

Personal data, books, characters, and other content related to the user's account may be retained for as long as the account remains active and as long as it is necessary to provide the services offered by the platform.

The images and characters may remain stored to allow reuse in future stories linked exclusively to the same account.

The user may request, at any time, the deletion of their account and the associated personal data, through the official support channels.

After the request, Kidoo will begin the deletion process, which may be completed within up to 30 (thirty) days, except in cases where the retention of certain data is necessary to comply with legal, regulatory, or tax obligations, or for the regular exercise of rights.

Deletion of the account may result in the permanent loss of access to the books, characters, and content stored in the digital library.

Kidoo uses cookies and similar technologies to ensure the functioning of the platform, improve the user experience, analyze the use of the services, and measure marketing campaigns.

These technologies may be used for:

• Maintaining the user's session;

• Security and authentication;

• Statistical analysis of platform usage;

• Measurement of advertising campaigns and user acquisition;

• Personalization of the experience.

The platform may use analytics and advertising tools provided by specialized partners, including traffic analysis and digital campaign measurement solutions.

The user may, at any time, configure their browser to block or remove cookies, aware that certain platform features may be affected.

Kidoo may use the contact data provided by the user to send communications related to the contracted services, including:

• Order confirmation;

• Updates on book generation;

• Availability of content in the library;

• Support and service messages;

• Relevant operational notifications.

These communications may be carried out by email, WhatsApp, or other means indicated by the user.

In addition to the communications essential to providing the service, Kidoo may send institutional content, news, promotions, and materials related to the platform, in compliance with applicable law and respecting the user's right to cancel receipt of these messages at any time.

Every promotional communication sent by email will include an unsubscribe mechanism (opt-out), and the user may request to stop receiving promotional messages through the official support channels.

Under applicable law, especially the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD), the user may exercise, where applicable, the following rights:

• Confirm the existence of processing of their data;

• Request access to the personal data processed;

• Request correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data;

• Request the anonymization, blocking, or deletion of data processed in non-compliance with the law;

• Request the portability of the data, where applicable;

• Withdraw previously granted consents;

• Request the deletion of their personal data, subject to the legal grounds for retention.
